Refund policy
Thank you for supporting Doc’s Time Machines and the incredible cast and crew from Back to the Future! Every item and experience we offer is handled with care and authenticity. Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or collectible, we’ve established the following policies to ensure transparency and fairness.
Autographs & Memorabilia
Each autograph and collectible item is personally signed by the actor and may include a Certificate of Authenticity if you select this at checkout. Items will not automatically come with a certificate unless requested by the customer.

All sales are final once the item has been signed and shipped.

We do not accept returns or cancellations on autographed items after signing.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@docstimemachines.com. Following an assessment of your item, we will consider repair, replace, or make the issue right as best as we are able. We cannot control shipping company handling, therefore we are not responsible for any item damaged in shipping. All items are carefully packaged to ensure a safe delivery. A photo of your item will be sent to you via email prior to shipping.

Autographs that have not yet been signed or prepared for shipping may be eligible for order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
Personalized Video Messages
Each video message is custom recorded for the purchaser or recipient.

Once a video has been recorded and delivered, all sales are final.

Refunds are not available for completed videos, as each is a one-of-a-kind creation.

If a technical error or content issue occurs (e.g., video file problem, incorrect name or dedication), please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will re-record or resend the video to make it right.

If an actor is unable to fulfill a request for any reason, the order will be refunded in full or rescheduled, at the customer’s choice.
Event Appearances & Bookings
Event appearance fees and travel expenses are typically non-refundable once confirmed, due to scheduling and contractual obligations.

If an event is canceled or rescheduled, appearance deposits may be applied to a future date or refunded, depending on contract terms.

Customer-initiated cancellations must be made in writing to bookings@docstimemachines.com.

We will always work with our partners to ensure fairness in cases of unexpected cancellation or postponement.
Rentals (Vehicles & Experiences)
For time machine or vehicle rentals booked through Doc’s Time Machines:

Deposits are non-refundable once booking is confirmed.

Final payment terms and cancellation policies vary by rental agreement and will be detailed in your booking contract.

In the event of a vehicle or equipment issue beyond our control, we will offer a suitable replacement or issue a refund.
- In the event that you are unhappy with a ticketed event we host, we will provide a refund on a case by case basis. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS issued for signed items and photos by cast and crew at an event, regardless of your experience or enjoyment.
General Policy

No refunds will be given for change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse.

Digital products (including photos, videos, or downloadable content) cannot be returned once delivered.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email support@docstimemachines.com within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

We’ll evaluate the situation promptly and offer a suitable resolution — whether replacement, correction, or refund — depending on circumstances.
Processing Time for Resolutions
Please allow 3–5 business days for review and response once a support request is submitted. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed promptly thereafter.
Authenticity & Proof
Doc’s Time Machines guarantees the authenticity of every signature and product sold through our official website and authorized partners. Certificates of Authenticity may be selected to accompany your signed item at checkout but do not automatically come with them.
