Welcome to Doc’s Time Machines! By booking one of our vehicles, you agree to the following terms. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, fun, and unforgettable experience for everyone.

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking. No dates are reserved until payment is received.

  • All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Doc’s Time Machines cancels.

  • For large or corporate events requiring contracts, a 50% deposit may be allowed, with the balance due 7 days before the event.

2. VEHICLE & EVENT DETAILS

When booking, you will provide:

  • Event date, time, and location

  • Vehicle selection (DeLorean Time Machine, Goldie Wilson Van, Marty’s Toyota 4x4, or 1949 Cadillac)

  • Event duration and any special requests

We will confirm your booking details in writing after payment is received. If communication about your event occurs prior to submitting payment, a contract document with all event details will be provided. 

3. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • We will deliver the vehicle clean, presentable, and photo-ready.

  • A trained team member will be on-site to supervise the vehicle at all times.

  • We will arrive at or before the scheduled start time unless delayed by circumstances beyond our control (see Section 5).

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a safe, accessible location for the vehicle.

  • Ensure no guests enter or touch the interior unless explicitly approved by our staff.

  • Follow all safety instructions given by our team.

  • You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by guests, event staff, or unsafe conditions at your event.

5. CANCELLATION & WEATHER POLICY

  • Client Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted (subject to availability) if at least 7 days’ notice is given.

  • Doc’s Time Machines Cancellations: In rare cases where we must cancel due to vehicle issues, illness, or safety concerns, you may either:

    1. Reschedule at no additional cost, or

    2. Receive a full refund.

  • Severe Weather: If weather makes travel or display unsafe, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  • Doc’s Time Machines is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages unrelated to the operation of our vehicle.

  • You agree to hold Doc’s Time Machines harmless against any claims arising from your event, except in cases of proven negligence by our staff.

7. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

  • Unless you request otherwise in writing, you grant us permission to use photos or videos taken during your event for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
